Ingredients
• 1 lb. spaghetti
• 1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
• 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
• 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
Direction
• Cook the spaghetti in the boiling salted water till al dente. Wash under the
cool water, drain off.
• In the big bowl, add the cucumber, onion, green bell pepper, and chopped
tomatoes. Put in the salad seasoning and Cheddar cheese.
• Put the cooled pasta into the big bowl along with the veggies and add the
salad dressing on the top. Coat by tossing well. Keep chilled for a few hours
prior to serving.
