"This is an easy, classic Italian dish that will make your tuna
casserole never look the same anymore!"

Ingredients
• 1 lb. uncooked spaghetti
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 4 tbsps. olive oil, divided
• 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
• salt to taste
• ground black pepper to taste
• 4 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley
• 2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
Direction
• Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add in spaghetti pasta with a
tsp. of oil and allow to cook till al dente. Strain, leave pasta moist.
• In the meantime, sauté garlic and onions in 2 tbsps. of olive oil over
medium heat in a large skillet for about 3 or 4 minutes till tender and soft.
Add in two cans of tuna and allow to cook for 6 minutes on medium heat.
Seasoning with pepper and salt, add in cooked pasta, and keep stirring. Raise
heat to high heat, add 2 tbsps. of remaining olive oil and allow to cook for 3
or 4 minutes.
• In large serving bowl, place the pasta, use grated Parmesan cheese and fresh
parsley for tossing.
• Serve right away.
