Ingredients
• 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 (10 oz.) container refrigerated pizza dough
• 2 tbsps. olive oil
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsps. olive oil
• 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
• 1/2 small red onion, sliced
• 2 tsps. Italian seasoning
• 2 (6.5 oz.) cans small shrimp, drained
Direction
• Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix the spinach, garlic, mayonnaise,
Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese until evenly combined; reserve.
• Force the pizza dough onto a baking sheet, and use 2 tbsps. of olive oil to
brush it with. Dust with 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Put in the preheated oven
and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
• In the meantime, put 2 tbsps. of olive oil in a skillet and heat over medium
heat, then cook onion and bell pepper for about 5 minutes until tender. Add 2
tsps. of Italian seasoning to season, and mix in the canned shrimp; cook until
the shrimp are heated through.
• Once the crust has baked, take from the oven, and spread with the spinach
mixture evenly. Scatter vegetable and shrimp mixture onto the pizza, and
slice into pieces to serve.
