Ingredients
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup frozen peas
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk, or as needed
• 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
Direction
• In a saucepan on medium heat, melt butter. In hot butter, sauté garlic, onion,
and peas for 5-7 minutes until onion is transparent.
• Pour over the peas mixture with mushroom soup; pour enough milk into the
mixture to condense the soup until no lumps appear. Flake tuna and place
into the skillet; sprinkle with pepper and salt to season. Cook for 10 minutes
until the mixture is bubbly and warm.
