"A yummy tuna casserole recipe!"

Ingredients
• 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
• 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/3 cup chopped green onions
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 2 tsps. prepared mustard
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 small zucchini, sliced
• 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 tomato, chopped
Direction
• Preheat an oven to 175°C/350°F. Grease a 2-qt. casserole dish.
• Boil big pot with salted water; add noodles. Cook till al dente then drain.
• Mix green onion, celery, tuna and noodles in big mixing bowl; mix
mayonnaise, mustard and sour cream in. Season with thyme and salt. Spoon
1/2 noodle mixture in prepared casserole dish. Put layer of zucchini on
mixture. Put leftover noodles on top then a layer of zucchini. Put cheese on
top entire casserole.
• In preheated oven, bake till bubbly and hot for 30 minutes. Sprinkle
tomatoes on casserole; serve.
